
Trinity High School held a signing day today for Jaden Allred who signed to wrestle for Salem College. Jaden had a tremendous Senior year for the Bulldogs setting the school single year win record with 60 wins and was a regional champion and finished 2nd in the state in the State Tournament! We wish Jaden the best as he joins Salem in the Fall! Congratulations Jaden! Go Bulldogs!!

Trinity High School was proud to present Lawson Coltrane and Aiden Burkholder their state Championship rings this morning and a ceremony held in the Tim Kelly Gymnasium. Both young men won Individal State Championships this year back in February! Congratulations Lawson and Aiden!

Trinity High School held a signing day today for Kelsey Albert in the THS Media Center. Kelsey has signed to play Soccer at Catawba next year. Kelsey is a four year athlete at Trinity playing Soccer, basketball and adding golf her senior year. Kelsey has been instrumental in the development of all of our girls sporting teams over her time at Trinity. Her passion and commitment to improving herself and the teams she played for was always on display during her time at Trinity and she will be greatly missed as she moved on to Catawba in the Fall!

Trinity High School held a signing day yesterday for Bliss Joyce who has signed to wrestle for Frostburg State College in Maryland. Bliss was a pioneer for Trinity girls wrestling as she became the first Regional Champion, first state qualifier and is tied with highest place at states. Trinity wishes Bliss the best of luck as she goes to Frostburg to continue her love of wrestling and to further her education.




At our 2024-2025 Employee Recognition Program on May 19, we awarded a Distinguished Educator and an Outstanding Employee from each of our 31 schools. The “Pride in the Randolph County School System (RCSS)” program honors employees who consistently demonstrate pride in the school system and exemplify strong character and commitment in their everyday work. While the program primarily highlights smaller, often unnoticed acts of dedication, it also recognizes exceptional efforts tied to larger events when appropriate.
Employees chosen for this recognition are awarded a “Pride in the Randolph County School System” lapel pin. Recipients are selected by members of the RCSS Leadership Team, school principals, or Board of Education members.

Trinity High School held a signing day on Friday for Daniel Rogers in the THS Media Center. Daniel signed to play football for Greensboro College in the Fall. Daniel’s passion and desire for Football and Basketball has been on full display over his four years at Trinity. Daniel finshed his football season being named to the Pac-7 All Conference Team. We wish Daniel the best of luck as he goes to Greensboro College in the fall!!

High school student-athletes from Asheboro City Schools and the Randolph County School System were recognized this evening at the Randolph Sports Council Spring Banquet, held at Black Powder Smokehouse in Asheboro. The event featured guest speaker Mrs. Kathryn Simons, a member of the UNC-Chapel Hill Rowing Team and a proud alumna of Wheatmore High School, Class of 2014.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Randolph Sports Council for organizing this special event, and a heartfelt appreciation to all the Randolph Sports Council sponsors, including Black Powder Smokehouse for hosting the event.
