9th graders learned about Financial Literacy today by participating in the Reality Store! They were assigned a hypothetical life scenario, including a job, income, and family situation, and must navigate various financial obligations, such as housing, transportation, food, and childcare.
We also had two guest speakers from Pinnacle Bank who spoke to them about checking, saving, and best practices of keeping their money safe.

On Tuesday our 7th and 8th grade students had the opportunity to travel to Furnitureland South in Jamestown to learn about careers in design, architecture, and sales. Students were able to see what programs were used to design rooms and all the services offered by FLS!

Today, our psychology students engaged in a collaborative team-building exercise aimed at enhancing the aesthetics of our hallways. They took on the responsibility of brainstorming ideas, assigning specific roles, and ultimately designing and constructing a bulletin board. Their efforts were commendable, and the outcome reflects their creativity and teamwork. Well done to all students involved!
